The minimum smooth running speed of the lacquering tower is 3.6 m/min, the maximum smooth running speed is 18 m/min, Wire diameter 2–5mm, the core is multiple strands of wire.The highest temperature of the lower heating section shall not be lower than 250°, and the highest temperature of the upper heating section shall not be lower than 400 °, and the temperature of the fourth section shall be controlled.lacquering process: self-paint drop dipping tank is used for lacquering.A roller driven by torque motor is set in the tank, and there is no lacquering scraping device.Monochrome paint tank.This equipment is with monochrome paint tank only.Customer can do different color lacquering by changing paint tank at very economic way.
