ZJA series Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier are widely used for industries of power plant, power station, electrical company, transformer factory, metallurgy, petrochemical, mechanical engineering, transportation, railway and transformers manufacturing etc. Especially, it applies to maintenance of transformers above 110KV and purification of high grade new transformer oil, imported transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, cable oil and ultra high voltage transformer oil. The main functionsof the machine are to removetrace water, gas and particles from insulating oil to improve properties of that. It can be also used for oil vacuum filling and vacuum dryingas well as transformer vacuum evacuation operation.

Working Principle for TransformerOil Filtration Machine

This is individual machine without other affiliated equipment. It adopts multi-dimensional quick evaporation and high efficiency oil water separation technique taking advantage of saturation curve of water and vacuum dehydration mechanism, together with treatment by multi-stage deep filtration to remove water,impurities, and gas from oil and restore oil quality to meet its application requirements.

Compare with our previous design, according to the market feedback in recent years, this new model have many imporovement, especially in the filtration system. There were three-stage filtration (magnetic + primary filter + fine filter + superfine filter) in previous design, now added one more filtration (magnetic + primary filter + fine filter + superfine filter) , and for the flow rate of 4000L/h, The evaporation area of the vacuum separation system of the equipment is increased. So the perfomance of the new model will be further better.

According to your requirement, the on-line moisture analyzer and flow meter can be added as option too.
