This equipment is used to fill the transformer with oil under vacuum. Vacuum refueling equipment is widely used in amorphous transformers, high voltage oil-immersed transformers, high voltage bushings and capacitors. The equipment can operate automatically and carry out quantitative refueling.

6.If the vacuum tank has a heating function, a heat exchanger is provided to reduce the temperature of the vacuum tank to70℃Thereby reducing the reabsorption of moisture during the exhaust process.

7.All oil filling pipes and fittings shall be made of stainless steel. The main pipeline and each oil injection pipeline are equipped with flow meters, and the oil injection quantity is adjustable and can be automatically controlled.

8.AdoptPLCSystem and touch screen operation, to achieve full automatic control of the whole process. All parameters can be displayed, recorded and printed, and the alarm system is perfect.
